Mechanical Engineer and Management Advisor by profession, possesses more than 45 years of rich and varied experience in diverse fields viz. design & project management of chemicals, petrochemicals & fertilizer plants and setting up of large Greenfield projects. He spearheaded setting up of large projects both in India and abroad including an international joint venture project with a large US based multinational.

Held the position of Managing Director at Ceat Tyres Ltd. and was on the Supervisory Board of RPG Group. Worked for about 12 years in Project and Manufacturing Department of Hindustan Unilever Ltd.(HUL). At the time of leaving, held the position of manufacturing head of the then largest plant of HUL.

He joined Birla Corporation Ltd. in 2003 as an Independent Director and now he holds the position of Wholetime Director designated as the Chief Management Advisor of Birla Corporation Ltd.

Smt. Kiran Aggarwal is a retired Senior IAS Officer (1964 batch) who had served as Secretary to the Government of India, Principal Adviser [Planning Commission] and Additional Secretary in Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions.

She has rendered distinguished services in the Department of Women and Child Development, Ministry of Urban Affairs and Employment, Department of Urban Employment & Poverty Alleviation, etc.

Shri Dilip Ganesh Karnik, aged about 67 years, has completed Bachelor of Science from University of Pune in the year 1969 and is a Gold medalist in Law from University of Pune. He was a Practicing Advocate from 1972 to 2001 and was elevated as Additional Judge of Hon’ble Bombay High Court on October 12, 2001 and thereafter sworn in as a permanent Judge on October 4, 2004. He retired on May 9, 2012 and is presently practicing as Arbitrator and Legal Consultant.

Shri Priya Shankar Dasgupta has been engaged in the practice of Corporate Law since 1978. After a long stint with the India’s foremost Corporate Law Firm J.B. Dadachanji & Co. for over 15 years, he founded in 1992 his own Law Firm, New Delhi Law Offices, offering full spectrum of services in the areas of strategic investments both in and outbound, entry strategy, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring, consolidation and liquidation, finance, securities and capital markets, infrastructure, technology transfer, anti-dumping and real estate. Shri Priya Shankar Dasgupta is a specialist, inter alia, in structuring and negotiation of Joint Ventures and Foreign Collaborations & devising entry strategies. As New Delhi Law Offices acquired a substantial global presence, it was repositioned and rechristened as Asia Law Offices (ALO) effective from November, 2020.

He is also actively associated with leading Educational Institutes serving as Promoter /Director on DPS – Dubai and Sharjah in UAE and Jodhpur in India and regularly advising several leading corporates in Nepal, UAE and Kenia.

Smt. Rashmi Dhariwal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Lady Shriram College, University of Delhi securing second position in the University. Post that she secured the Attorney-of-law degree from the Calcutta High Court with a gold medal in the year 1978 and was thereafter enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar council of West Bengal and then Maharashtra. She was also enrolled as a member of the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. She has also practised as an Advocate-on-record in the Supreme Court.

She has worked in leading firms in India including, Khaitan & Co., both in Calcutta and Delhi, Mulla and Mulla, Mumbai and also in the Philippines.

She has varied experience in the field of Conveyancing, Contracts and litigation. She was also on the panel for the State of Gujarat. She is currently Chairman of a hospitality focused company running restaurants in India. She is also an Independent Director with RJ Corp Limited, Varun Beverages Ltd. and Devyani International Limited. She is also a trustee of a registered charitable trust, Prayatn.

Dr. Aravind Srinivasan serves as the Professor of Ophthalmology and Chief Medical Officer of Aravind Eye Hospital & Postgraduate Institute of Ophthalmology, Chennai, Tamil Nadu run by the Govel Trust – non-profit Public Charitable Trust. He also serves as a Trustee of Govel Trust and Secretary of Aurolab Trust that manufactures a wide range of high quality ophthalmic consumables such as intraocular lenses, surgical sutures, pharmaceutical products, surgical blades and Equipment.

Having worked in the medical field, he had a passion for management. In the year 2000, he did his MBA with specialization in strategy from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA.

Dr. Srinivasan is a high-volume cataract surgeon. In a non-clinical capacity, he is involved in innovations and execution at Aravind Eye Hospital. He is building Aravind’s new projects and ensuring growth in service care delivery. Dr. Srinivasan is one of the resource persons at Indian Institute of Management and Indian School of Business and also a mentor for MBA students of B School students from the USA and Netherlands through projects at AECS.

Shri Bachh Raj Nahar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from University of Rajasthan. He is an eminent Chartered Accountant and has served in diverse fields at senior positions in large corporate houses. He in his last assignment served as the Managing Director of Birla Corporation Limited, the flagship Company of the MP Birla Group. He was holding senior positions in many large bodies’ corporates for four decades. Business world magazine had identified him as the most valuable CEO among India’s mid-size Cement Companies at its issue dated November 29, 2010. He was an Executive President of Vikram Ispat, a unit of Grasim Industries Limited. He was also an Executive Director of the Essar group, Mumbai, one of the largest diversified business houses in India.
